Biography of the FMCG & Retail Practice Leader
Vanessa Delacourt from Belgium has a Clinical and Developmental Psychological Degree from Ghent University (1996 - magna cum laude), is the team leader of the FMCG & Retail Practice Group. She started her career in HR at Schelstraete & Desmedt Executive Search /InterSearch Belgium and became a partner in 1999. Due to her experience as a researcher as well as senior consultant and key account management Vanessa carried out many Executive Search projects at a national and international level, successfully appointing key positions in the Retail and FMCG industry.
Vanessa fluently speaks Dutch, French, English and basic German.
