Biography of the Construction Practice Group Leaders
Ali Ishan Poyraz took advanced business management courses at Harvard Business School, USA, where he received ITP and PISBA certificates, in addition to his Industrial Engineering and Management training. He began his career at BOAC in London, then joined Uniroyal Industries Inc. as Industrial Engineering Manager before being fully involved in HR and Industrial Relations management. He subsequently joined The Turkish Management Development Center (World Bank and Ford foundation) before starting one of the pioneers in management and human resources consulting in Turkey.
Erwin Kretschner, a graduate from Vienna University of Commerce, is Senior Partner P&P Austria and Managing Partner P&P Serbia, and has more than 11 years experience in HR Consulting.
He has spent 18 years of his professional career in sales, marketing, business development and general management in manufacturing industries and in the FMCG sector.
Having lived and worked in Asia for a total of 12 years, he is familiar with people, culture, work ethics and the business opportunities and challenges in this part of the world. Conducting executive search assignments for international clients in Asia is part of his current service portfolio. Besides German he speaks English and Spanish.
